Effective September 1, 2026 This policy explains what Campbell Fire & Safety, Inc. collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website only — not the records we keep as part of servicing your equipment. What we collect What you send us. When you use a form on this site we receive what you type into it: typically your name, phone number, email address, company or facility, and whatever you tell us about the work you need. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we never ask for them by email. How you arrived. Each submission is stored alongside basic referral information collected automatically — the page you were on when you submitted, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. We use this to understand which of our pages are useful. Server logs. Like any website, our host records ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and records how the site is used — pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser. See "What we do not do" below for how to opt out. What we do not do We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run advertising products on this website and we do not set advertising cookies. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful — how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where they are. It sets cookies in your browser and sends that information to Google, who process it on our behalf. It is not used for advertising, and we do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out for every site you visit with Google's official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout , or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do. How your information is used To respond to your enquiry, quote and schedule work, and keep a record of what was asked for. Submissions are emailed to us and stored in this website's content system, which only our staff can access. How long we keep it Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to servicing the relationship, and are removed when they are not. Service records for equipment we maintain are kept separately, for as long as the applicable fire-safety codes and our own obligations require. Who else sees it Only the people who need to: our staff, and the suppliers who host this website and carry our email. We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.
